Potential investors should carefully read the base prospectus (in particular, the “Risk Factors” section), the relevant key information document under the PRIIPS Regulation, the relevant final terms, any supplements to the base prospectus in order to understand the risks associated with an investment in the securities. Potential investors should consult their bank/intermediary or any other tax or financial advisor before making any decision to buy, subscribe or sell.

Performance information

Investors, in fact, will bear costs and taxes that decrease their return. These costs and taxes include, for example, costs related to the securities account or transaction costs. The extent of the impact of any of those costs and taxes on the net return depends on the amount of the investment and the costs and taxes actually incurred by the relevant investor. Potential investors should consult their bank/intermediary or any other tax or financial advisor before making any decision to buy, subscribe or sell.

Conflicts of interest
